Birth is more than the physical process by which baby enters the world.
We’ll define and explore the non-physical aspects of childbirth, and then discuss why these are pivotal to a woman’s experience of Birth:
Whatever her birth choices may be. We’ll explore supportive Birth support approaches/practices which support these non-physical birth aspects
and those that disempower them. Through interactive exercises, lecture and discussion,
we will explore this largely overlooked aspect of the Birth experience.
